1. Nature of Product

Bharatam Organic™ sells fresh agricultural produce (mangoes)
grown at Bharatam Vatika.

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes:

  • Products have a limited shelf life
  • Quality can be affected by time, temperature, and handling

2. No Cancellation Policy

🚫 Order cancellation is NOT allowed once payment is completed.

  • Orders are processed immediately after payment
  • Harvesting, packing, and logistics are planned against confirmed orders

👉 Please ensure all order details are correct
before making payment.


3. No Return Policy

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted under any circumstances.

  • Fresh mangoes cannot be returned once dispatched
  • Variations in size, color, or appearance are natural and do not qualify for return

4. No Refund Policy

🚫 Refunds are NOT provided once an order is placed and payment is received.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by logistics, weather, or regulatory checks
  • Taste preference or ripeness expectations
  • Minor transit-related cosmetic damage

5. Exceptional Case (Transit Damage Only)

In rare cases of severe transit damage where the product is completely unusable:

  • Customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged package must be shared
  • Any resolution (if provided) is
    solely at the discretion of Bharatam Group

⚠️ This does not guarantee a refund and will be evaluated case by case.


6. Export Orders

For international orders:

  • All sales are final
  • No cancellation, return, or refund is allowed after dispatch
  • Any customs delays, inspections, or import restrictions are beyond our control

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without valid grounds
    may result in order blacklisting and legal action as per applicable laws.
