By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Nature

Bharatam Organic™ sells fresh agricultural produce (mangoes) grown at Bharatam Vatika.

As fresh produce:

Size, color, and appearance may vary naturally
Minor variations do not constitute a defect

2. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are accepted subject to availability
We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities
Order confirmation does not guarantee delivery until dispatched

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise
Payments must be made in full before dispatch
Export orders may be invoiced in foreign currency

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative
Delays due to weather, logistics, or regulatory checks are beyond our control
For exports, customs and biosecurity clearance timelines apply

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of mangoes:

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
No refunds for delays caused by logistics or customs
Refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of Bharatam Group

6. Returns & Replacements

Returns are not accepted for fresh produce
In case of severe transit damage, customers must notify us within
24 hours of delivery with photos

7. Export Orders

Export orders are subject to destination country regulations
Any duties, taxes, or import requirements at destination are the buyer’s responsibility

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and brand names including
Bharatam Organic™ are the property of Bharatam Group
and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India,
and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of
Bihar, India.
